Features
Thanks to our vessels computer-based performance monitoring systems and our analysis tools, which are based at our Head Office, we are able to offer our clients the following features:
Vessel Location

Latest location can be found in world map and updated by daily basis.
Photographs
All the vessels under our management are equipped with a digital camera in order to update the Interactive Office with the vessel's appearance and conditions. These cameras can furthermore transmit, if required, real time pictures of the ships, to our technical managers ashore or to the ship owner / operator.
Twice a year, 24 digital pictures of the critical areas of the vessel are put online and updated.
Furthermore UNIVAN is proposing as an option customized visits of the owners' vessels through 360 degrees views of designated parts of the ship. The pictures are taken with a special camera and through the network of photographers of Flashvisit, UNIVAN's partners.
Vessel Performances Graph
This information is of particular interest to the cost conscious ship owners/operators; Performance graphs are compiled and drawn real time to add a visual impact and to immediately assess a given consumption status.
A good example of "vessel performance statistics" is a performance graph, which provides information of a vessel's actual speed to slip data, i.e. the vessel's actual speed versus the slip. Such a statistic is a useful indicator for the planning of predictive maintenance.
Main engine consumption data is important to keep track of a vessel's fuel consumption.
The other Performance Graphs that UNIVAN's Interactive Office offers are:
RPM vs. Slip
Fuel oil / Diesel Consumption
Fresh Water Consumption and Production
Mecc and AECC Consumption
Mecyl Consumption
Vessel Particulars and other relevant Status and documents
A wealth of essential information on the vessel particulars is also accessible in the Owner' secured corner:
Principal particulars
Updated crew lists
Survey and certificate status
Vetting status
Copies of the vessels' Safety Management Certificate.
Statement of Accounts and Variance Report.
