When a ship comes under our management we incorporate her in a fully integrated technical and operational Management Team, which encompasses the following elements:

Our Management Teams are groups of people working under the supervision of Technical Fleet Managers and Superintendents dedicated to their vessels 24 hours a day / 7days a week, together with a Technical Assistant in every Team.

Our Superintendents are fully committed to their vessels (with a maximum number of 5 vessels per Superintendent) with the same enthusiasm as if they were managing their own ships.

Each Team is strongly and permanently interacting with the other Departments mentioned above allowing us to react promptly, when faced with any given situation.

We are emphasizing on communication as the vital element for efficient Shipmanagement; through our well-experienced Management Teams we offer a guaranty of professionalism, and transparent communication between the Shipowners and operators, their vessel and our teams ashore.
