| Capt.Sandeep Sharma is 36 year old Indian Master Mariner with shore experience of over 3 years mainly operations in Manning & command experience of over 2 years onboard
LPG Tankers (Time chartered vessels).
Last employed by Anglo Eastern Ship Management as Assistant General Manager handling Manning of 110+ Tankers with a good lurch of LNG, LPG, Parcel Chemical, Petrochemical, VLCC, Crude & Product Tankers. The job scope also overlooked Commercial, Operational issues (Matrix included), Technical issues, making Policy decisions pouring more value to experience gained over the years.
From Manning perspective have scheduled/ Unscheduled all types Tanker vessel takeovers of about 35+ vessels in numbers.
He brings with him 20 years of high quality tanker shipping experience, including sailing experience of 10+ years on LPG Tankers with 7+ years of senior management level with Multinational crew.
Till date Capt.Sharma has had career progression with only 2 companies namely Anglo Eastern Ship Management & V Ships in last 20 years.

| Mrs. Juvita Thapa joined " Univan Ship Management Ltd.," in Oct'1992 as "Trainee Personnel Executive" and presently holds the post of "Assistant Manager (Deck)". Completed Master's Degree in Commerce through the University of Bombay in May'92. Prior to joining Univan, she started her career with a computer firm and then a financial firm in Mumbai.

| Joined sea in 1983 during his final year BSc (Physics & Maths) and sailed with Angloeastern from 1988 to 2001 - 3rd Officer to Master after which he joined their Training Centre. Besides being involved in training / development of various courses including offshore floating & shore staff HRD training during his tenure ashore of over 3.5 years with AngloEastern, he was also in-charge of training of all the Deck Cadets of Angloeastern for more than a year. He joined Univan in March 2005 to set up the Training Academy . He has been awarded for his contributions to the work of the UK Voluntary Observing fleet during 2001 by the Meteorological Office U.K. |

| Having graduated from D.M.E.T. Kolkata, in the year 1985, he started his sea career with Great Eastern Shipping company. He moved ashore with New Sulzer Diesel as Manager ¡V Tech & Spares in 1993.
Thereafter, he was teaching Competency courses (from 1994 ¡V 2005) during which he started the first Engine Room Simulator DG-approved course at Lal Bahadur Shastri College of Advanced Maritime Studies & Research, Mumbai.
He joined Wallem Shipmanagement¡¦s Wallem Maritime Training Centre at Mumbai (2005 ¡V 2008), where he was conducting Simulator and Value-added courses. He joined MSC in 2008, to set-up their Simulator & Engine Automation courses at their new Training Centre at Andheri (E).
He has now joined Univan Maritime Training Academy as Deputy General Manager (Training) since September 2011.

| Academic Qualification - B.Sc(Physics, Chemistry & Maths) from Lucknow University in 1989. Completed 3 months Pre Sea Training Course from Maritime Training Institute, Powai, Mumbai in 1990 under TNO Graduate training scheme. Joined the fleet of The Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) as trainee in the year 1990. Sailed in various types of ships LPG, Chemical, Bulk Carrier, Tanker, General cargo of reputed companies like SCI, Anglo-Eastern, NYK and SHELL. Took first command in the year 2004 and sailed till May 2011. Joined Univan Maritime Training Academy in June 2011 to pursue the interest in Maritime Training. |
