| After completing Pre Sea Training at TS Rahaman he started his career in Univan Ship Management Ltd as a Deck Cadet in 1993 and has sailed with us ever since. As a cadet he has sailed on our Bulk carriers and Chemical tankers. As an Officer in ascending ranks he has done Containers ships, Chemical tankers, Product tankers, Vegetable oil carriers and VLCCs. As a Master he has commanded Aframax tankers, Chemical tankers and VLCC. He was involved in Cadet training for our Manning agency in China, at Tianjin. He has been involved in testing of our State of the Art LCHS simulator at Univan Maritime Training Academy. On 14th September 2008 he has taken up the challenging role as Manager of our Mumbai office.

| Mrs. Juvita Thapa joined " Univan Ship Management Ltd.," in Oct'1992 as "Trainee Personnel Executive" and presently holds the post of "Assistant Manager (Deck)". Completed Master's Degree in Commerce through the University of Bombay in May'92. Prior to joining Univan, she started her career with a computer firm and then a financial firm in Mumbai.

| Joined Univan Ship Management Ltd. Mumbai, in early May 1980. Since then served in various capacities and presently as Manager, Crew. Graduated from Mumbai University and further spent some time studying law after joining Univan. He opens his heart to say

| Joined sea in 1983 during his final year BSc (Physics & Maths) and sailed with Angloeastern from 1988 to 2001 - 3rd Officer to Master after which he joined their Training Centre. Besides being involved in training / development of various courses including offshore floating & shore staff HRD training during his tenure ashore of over 3.5 years with AngloEastern, he was also in-charge of training of all the Deck Cadets of Angloeastern for more than a year. He joined Univan in March 2005 to set up the Training Academy . He has been awarded for his contributions to the work of the UK Voluntary Observing fleet during 2001 by the Meteorological Office U.K. |

| Appointed at UMTA, early 2005. Before that, 6 years lecturer ship at L. B. S. College, Mumbai, teaching technology, safety, security & pollution prevention to both marine engineers & navigators. Visiting lecturer to MERI Mumbai & T. S. Chanakya, Mumbai. Empanelled examiner at D.G. Shipping & Mumbai University. Valuable experience on various types of ships/engines/machinery initially trained at Kolkata DMET-87. |
